Quick question. I am on the red eye next week from LAX to JFK, arriving 5:05. I am flying Business Class and am BA GGL (so One World Emerald).
I believe the correct answer is 'no' unless you have another departing One World flight the same day, as the lounge is not an arrivals lounge, it is a departure lounge.
That said if things are quiet that time of the morning you may get lucky, can't hurt to ask, but be prepared to be refused.
