No, you can't MFU open jaws online - it has to be by phone.

The thing to watch out for is the deadly 'D' symbol beside the fare - that might not be upgradeable. Also, don't take the route of choosing a ...are, upselling to WT+ and then trying to upgrade that fare - some of those are not upgradeable.
