A far, far cry from the days of BF EWR/IAH-HNL service (until 2003 or so, with amenity kits and all). Even from 2008-2012 the service was the same as the EWR-West Coast transcons.
No free meal service in Y and standard domestic service in F on an 11 hour flight (for $3,500+ per RT first ticket) is abysmal. Given the new competition from HA I can only hope UA reconsiders.
