When I've arrived into t5 on an international flight and I see the domestic gates looming I can normally sense a rear door exit or Increased chance of nonsense.
I cannot be sure if it is to minimise turn around delay by having the craft move directly onto the terminal air bridge or weather there isn't enough space around that side of the apron to squeeze in a forwards door ramp.
