30mins from arriving at the stand to getting off the aircraft ( EDI-LHR 14th June)

( mini rant alert!)
We arrived to a very wet LHR last night about 2115 and then told we were heading to the B gates and bussed.

We stopped short of the stand to be told we were waiting for the stand guidance to be turned on. Eventually it was turned on and we parked only to wait and wait for steps to be brought to the gate and eventually got to the bus about 30 mins after arriving near the stand.

As I was in 1 A we left from the rear door only!
Despite hurrying from domestic arrivals to the hotel hoppa I just missed the Premier Inn T5 bus and had to wait 40mins for the bus ( and all the piers A1-A6 were empty but could be because of stand utilisation than we parked at the B gates)

This morning dropped my bags off at 5am to find out the 615 MAD flight lis from B46! so am now in Galleries Club T5b

( I was the first in the Galleries First in T5 A for a few minutes and had a small glass of Grand Siecle at 520am)

Now off to MAD then Porto on BA/IB ( could have flown Non stop LGW-OPO on TP but decided to pay extra for BA/IB and avios) for a long weekend
