Don't forget that QLK is the operating (ICAO) code for QantasLink, not the marketing (IATA) code for Qantas (whose ICAO code is QFA). So there's no necessary direct correlation.

Looking at current flights, it appears that QF1463 SYD-CBR is being operated as QLK463D and QF1462 CBR-SYD is being operated as QLK462D.

Given the fact that QF doesn't sell any Dash-8 flights between BNE and SYD, I'd bet that the flight which was being operated as QLK was probably a non-commercial flight.
