There hasn't been a phone reservation fee for years.
As far as I can tell the web site will only sell you flights where AC markets all the legs it doesn't operate as codeshares. The airline is able to sell tickets with flights marketed by other airlines on the ticket but apparently chooses not to do so through the web site. Possibly they have deals with agents or other airlines that prevent it or who knows.
So if the flight to vilnius is operated by LH and doesn't have an AC codeshare number then AC reservations can get the flight but the web site will never show it.
