Do you mean that your DL account has electronic vouchers available? Or unused tickets?

If you are flying on the same PNR and paying together you can use your credits as part of the transaction. If you just want to buy a ticket for someone else using your electronic vouchers I believe this is not possible, and with regard to unused or partially unused tickets it definitely is not possible.
