Now--not only am I receiving a HOOU coupon at check-in for flights with no 1st class, I am also getting them when I have already been upgraded to 1st! A few years ago it was hit and miss for me.

No complaints here--I'd rather have a coupon I don't end up using, than none at all. Now, if they would just print with a longer expiration date...
