I think a better way would be to not have to enter a special rate code nor have to go through the explore route to book one of these suites. Why can't you just punch in the dates you want to stay and see all the available room options? The work around only works if the rooms were ever imputed into the reservation system to begin with. Yes I found a work around, but yes there should be a better way. You don't have to jump through these hoops on the Ritz Carlton site; if the left hand would talk to the right hand the problem would be solved!
