At the moment I cannot recall how I stumbled upon this, but just received some easy 10K FlexPoints as enrollment bonus for an employee account after $500 required spending.
Annual fee for employees is $10 - waved together with $55 for main account holder when spending $24k on main Company account.

FlexPoints transfer easily and for free between family members, friends or any other FlexPerks account (like employee's )
