Precious few reports. There might have been a temporary error somewhere in their sytem. Indeed there was a period where there were strange things happening with R availability.
I personally never experienced this.
But the point that with domestic/NA Latitude pass, you can upgrade 48 hours in advance in regular J inventory is an excellent reason to always get the reward first.
