I did a churn today (was approved 1/6). Called Chase reconsideration line, got a great agent, pulled up my application (using my SSN) much to my surprise (was more terrified), my application had someone else's name.

Everything on the application was mine, except the name. Finally the agent linked the error to the system and said " the system mixed the names when I applied online" and it was finally fixed.

Anyone else noticed something similar?

On the other hand, the agent was ready to approve me of my 7th chase card (6 personal and 1 business) though I declined and closed one and kept the total to 6.
