I can't seem to figure out any rhyme or reason to the application of offers - I initially thought that the promos would kick in simultaneously (excepting stay x nights get y points offers).

But my stays seem to get applied randomly, so that for example one stay kicked in the 'Welcome' bonus but not the 'elite' one so I am now losing out on gold

Sorry if this is explained somewhere but I couldn't find it!
