Booked two bedroom suite (their highest category; so can't be upgraded)

How are the rooms?
Very spacious room, 114 sqm, has two stories and the beds were to die for

What was good and what was bad?

Good: Room, beautiful hallway, beautiful building (both from inside and outside) ^

Bad: No welcome gift given until I asked for (got a bottle of sparkling wine later which I declined then change to two boxes of chocolates and jams), no welcome drinks voucher.

Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return?
Yes. Although lack of elite Accor recognition, but the hotel was nice and staffs are friendly
