Interestingly they value the use of Jet Quay as S$700 per trip (2x uses, one in one out I assume), but the immigration fast-track at the other airports at S$900.
I scheduled the service last week at short notice. The limo to Changi worked out fine. But on the other end there was nobody to meet me at BKK. I'm assuming the plane being late and me being one of the first off contributed to this. I tried the number they said to contact and it wasn't valid. I emailed HSBC and complained and have heard nothing. Very disappointed.
