1) Enter "COKE2012" in the code box. Caps don't matter. You'll get a message saying, "Congratulations, you've earned 0 points!"
2) Enter two 3-point codes. I don't know if the value of the cap matters.
3) The first code adds three points. The second one adds thirteen.
Sorry that I can't be more helpful if that's what you're already doing. I've actually had decent luck getting them to return messages when I email them.

The first day I added the codes first and then the promo and received 6 pts
the next day I reversed the order and got 16. I think you have to do the promo code first.
I haven't had any issues since.
My only problem is where am I going to get two caps per day for the next 6 weeks !
I must confess, I dig threw trash cans when no one is looking.
. I work at a university and have gotten about 30/caps a week using this method. But I am leaving for a month during the promotion. I have been trying to save them but it just so happens that the well is running dry too. I think someone is beating me to the punch.
