I have been booking flights SAN/JFK and return operated on 737-800. It seems to me that delta blocks the EC seats 10B,C, E, F, arguably some of the best coach seats on this plane. Only 10A and 10D seem open at any time on any flight, making impossible for 2 pax to seat together on row 10.

Has anyone else noticed this pattern? It seems weird that out of 18 EC seats on this AC, 4 are being blocked.
