As to your number not being active, have the PC help line enter the promotion for you and see what they get if you are eligible.
This account has

closed the browser window after the first second of video played).
The web page doesn't complain about the cert number, it complains about the number/pin (
which is valid in another tab in the same window).
It's something about this account, just wondering if this is a common problem, or not.
