50K MR sign up bonus cannot be combined with referral, at least with my old invite (via RSVP code, which you don't see on referral screen)
plus 50K MR bonus needs $3000 spending in 3 months (vs $500 in 3 months for regular referral of 30K sign up bonus + 15K MR for person referring you)
