Will BA ever fix the MFU / zero TPs bug?
Hadn't MFUed for years due to booking everything through our TA, but MFUed a few recent bookings from J to F, and couldn't believe the old bug (which leads to every flight in the whole booking posting with 0 TPs) still happened on both bookings.
To add to my annoyance at having to phone up BA twice to get this corrected, I had a bunch of AA flights on one booking, which I am told can take 'up to 28 days' to be corrected.
It isn't a huge issue for me as my membership year reset back in April, but if this happened around membership reset time, the potential knock on issues increases substantially. Furthermore having to call in every time after you've used an MFU just to get your TPs and miles is pretty annoying. Why hasn't such a basic technical issue been fixed after so long?
