That is my thought but when I talk to Mileage Plus they swear the name on the account is the correct new name, the even read it to me First, Middle and Last and it is correct. It just does not seem to attach to the new CO style FF # when trying to add her to my profile. Just says name and FF # don't match. MP says nothing they can do as they can only go by what they see on the screen which is correct. Hoping UA Insider can get to correct people to fix or at least point me in the right direction of who to talk to. Posted in case someone has seen the same problem and got it fixed or to make people aware that there may be a problem. I did let UA create the new account when the merge happened. In retrospect was probably not a smart thing to do.
