Back here again for another stay. I was pre-upgraded to a room (saw it online yesterday) on the club floor. They seem to be busy, I heard them tell another Plat that they couldn't give him a Club room. However, I had to prompt the front desk agent for my amenity, she didn't seem to register that I was Plat.

The lounge is open from 5:30p-9:30p at night, but when I swung by at 8:45 looking to grab some dessert (even with my horrible pie experience last time), I was told it was all gone. I made a crack about calling down for more, and the hostess said she had done that earlier, and that she "had been busy from the time she opened until 7:30 or 8:00". If things ran out by 8:00, and the lounge was open for another 90 minutes, I would hope that there would be processed in place to restock, and not just tell guests that things have run out, but that apparently isn't the case.

I'm at the end of the hall but wifi appears to be better this time.
