How odd, just did it a few months ago and can't find the language you mention on HA site except this:
Points/Miles transferred into a HawaiianMiles Account from another program may not be transferred to a third party loyalty program.
Transfers between HA accounts are not third party loyalty programs.
Appreciate it if you'd post a link if I missed something.
