Is there a special code, or link, to accept this targeted offer? My new Chase Ink Bold has a $10K spend in 3 months to get my additional 25K miles (in addition to 25K at first spend).

I would like to contact Chase and request this offer, but need to have a screen shot, code, etc. Any help - from anyone that has received, or seen this offer - would be greatly appreciated.
