If they did this right in the beginning, would this be happened?
If you didn't know how to handle this and just let them lie to you that
TK canceled your reservation.
Would you still be happy?
Do you like to be lied and then figured out everything by yourself?

It's nice to hear the outcome is positive but I personally don't like to
be lied.
