Nice - that UA did help. I also have similar incident with QR flights (one of the segment for ticketed award confirmation was lost). I was told multiple things - QR cancelled the reservation, flight schedule change, MCT issue, QR not bookable after 15 June flights etc etc. Finally with one of the agent she was able to put in the segment manually & it worked.

Am checking the segments daily to ensure that things are smooth...
