Stayed here again last night:

Still has the issues with the shampoo.

I was pleasantly surprised with the little gift bag and hand written note they left in the room - I'm assuming because of the diamond status. It was a nice touch.

Still a 2nd hotel behind the Hyatt Regency on Great America.
