my suspicion is that the problem lies with the choices of beds: either 1 king or 2 twin beds. i can't tell from the pictures whether the twins really are american-size twins, if they are doubles/queens and mistranslated, or whether some rooms have 2 twins and some rooms have 2 larger-size beds.

my kids are small enough that two rooms is not a realistic option, but big enough that putting all four of us in one king gets crowded.

the hotel's website says kids stay free with parents, but i don't see anything about bed sizes or extra beds.
I suspect that it's a maximum occupancy issue (2 adults) for each of the available room types, which might explain why you see no availability when you search for a room for 4. If your kids meet the age requirement, then you should be OK with making the reservation for 2 adults and making a note of your children in the requests box so that the hotel will see it early that morning when they allocate rooms for people checking in that day. I also suggest communicating directly with the hotel by email/phone to inquire about cots/rollaway bed options, since there doesn't seem to be a clear indication on their website. I think that this is the best way to minimize any hassle/confusion when you arrive at the hotel.
