sorry folks, but I think this is fantastic if it is applied consistently and fairly. A recurring theme on this board and others is lack of bin space (even in J) due to bin hogs- if I play by the rules and fuss over weight and dimensions, only to see kitchen sink items come on board, then I feel like the loser.
