Actually, Voyageur is always economy. The thing is that Premium eco is sometimes 'Premium Economy' (medium haul) and sometimes Premium Voyageur (long haul). Things will soon get clearer as AF travel classes will be transformed into:

Premiere (no change)
Business (instead of Affaires and Premium Affaires)
Premium Economy (instead of Premium Economy and Premium Voyageur)
Economy (instead of Voyageur).

Apart from being a change in names AF is determined to significantly revamp/improve its 'front' offer on all flights (except domestic) with only the first few details (such as the future of the long haul J seat) having transpired thus far.
