I have to agree. I had the pleasure of meeting FT'ers at a recent Do (thanks
T8) and realised what a nice, friendly bunch of people you all are! Besides, if I wasn't on FT, I am pretty sure I would be in 40E on my flight to India instead of 11K in CW, because I wouldn't have known about the sale, and I wouldn't have known about upgrading with Avios, etc etc...
I have only just started flying in premium cabins in the last 3 or 4 years, and joining FT 2 years ago made me able to continue that for a lot less- if I didn't know about FT I highly, highly doubt that I would have Silver, let alone any BAEC status at all!
