Nope, that is pretty much it.

Desk based manager who is also licensed to fly and will do so once or twice a month to assess a member of their team... 99% of the time, it is the CSD being assessed as part of their annual review or something like that. I had one only last week on my JFK trip. Worked in CW as that is where the CSD was working.
