How do over-fly rights just suddenly go missing? It looks like the announcement was made just last week for flights being canceled as early as next week. Did someone at Finnair just forget to secure the over-fly rights? Did the rights just disappear? How does this just suddenly happen on routes that Finnair has been flying for years?

Sounds like someone somewhere really dropped the ball.
