They already made many Asia-based travelers (such as myself) angry a few years ago with their endless operational problems (multiple strikes, never-ending luggage handling problems, etc). I vowed never to fly Finnair again.

Edited to add: And after a quick perusal of this forum I see that Finnair is still having strikes in 2012. And one of the threads near the top is about luggage mishandling. I guess some things never change.
