I'm sure they will, but not before my noon meeting. It gets better-- I call the baggage company (Finnair has contracted this out), they answer after 15 minutes. Yes, they have the bag, but no they can't tell me anything more. Who might no more? The courier company. OK, do they have a phone number? Yes, they do have a number, its XXX.

Call the courier company, no answer for an hour. Finally an answer. Nice fellow....No, we don't have the bag, but it's in the depot at Heathrow. Oh ok, when will you pick up the bag. We pick up every two hours...but we might not pick it up next time, or we might.
