I very much doubt that you will be on Lufthansa from Warsaw to Moscow via Kiev. You might have Lufthansa flight numbers for these segments, but that does not mean that you will be on Lufthansa aircraft. You should check to see who the operating carrier is, as you may very well need to check in with that carrier -- not Lufthansa -- when departing WAW.
That could be a possibility. On my Itinerary it says I'm flying Lufthansa, but it's being "operated by LOT Polish Airlines".

Operated by
LOT POLISH AIRLINES


Also what happens if I miss my connection in Munich or in Kiev because of my flight landing late and/or security taking too long? Am I given a seat on the next available flight for no charge?
