Well, you did everything right; you should have been able to select the PS blue seats on the exit row. I am afraid it is time to call Delta and yes, the only number MVPG are given is the general Delta number ending in 1212. If you don't get a sympathetic or clued in agent, just call back. I am really mystified as to why you can't get a PS.
