Yes, Expedia did make a mistake; the phone guy there pressured him to provide his middle name.
That having been said, since MU is the party that collected his $500, I want to focus on them. While understand that the HK government is pro-business, I'm confident in my abilities to break MU down. Look at it this way; I have lots of employees who spend their mornings on taobao; if one of them were to hound MU every single day, we're sure to get a positive result. I have other (less friendly) strategies in mind, as well.
