I am spending the whole day today trying to contact Australian Finnair representative here in Sydney. I'm on my 5th hour with no result. My flight HEL-HK has been cancelled & I received email to contact customer "care". Does anyone know of an alternative number I can call, other than outrageously expensive connection to Finland HQ? I need to reschedule my entire trip due to this massive inconvenience.
