I am spending the whole day today trying to contact Australian Finnair representative here in Sydney. I'm on my 5th hour with no result. My flight HEL-HK has been cancelled & I received email to contact customer "care". Does anyone know of an alternative number I can call, other than outrageously expensive connection to Finland HQ? I need to reschedule my entire trip due to this massive inconvenience. If anyone from Finnair cares to read this post, could you please do something about Sydney customer service, because it's NOT working, we cannot get through!! :mad
