So I know I can get United Business class flight one way with my UA points.

Now I am looking to see if there is anyway I can get a business/first one way ticket (BOS-BRU or possibly BOS-AMS) with about 60k in Amex reward points. Delta allows 1:1 transfer but they are stingy with one way points tickets (not 1/2 round trip).

I may be able to be flexible with dates and have no airline preference really, just don't want to get slammed with fees/surcharges. Any ideas?
If there's space on a SkyTeam airlines you can transfer Amex 1:1 to AirFrance FlyingBlue. They allow one ways at 1/2 round trip, but they do charge YQ of about $300/direction. 50K round trip Economy, 100K round trip Business, somewhere in between for Premium Economy. They do often run Promo Awards for half that mileage much closer to departure.
