Tried again, 2nd attempt, at the St Regis NYC ... yes I am being greedy hoping that a $700+ room can be taken for FREE however it got rejected. The OTA that I was following had better rates which I checked hourly (and it is a site that I have had multiple successes in the past) and when it comes to the BRG assessment time the OTA rates sky rocket a little, just enough to make my claim invalid.

Will keep on trying, hopefully the BRG team has a few more staff on hand to process our flood of claims
