Called UA. UA assured me from the start that they would take care of it. They were going to try to get TK to override the award inventory and rebook me in that. They were ultimately unable to do so, as TK would not budge. So UA booked me on the TK flight in revenue (full Y) class. Excellent customer service by UA. :-::-::-::-::-:
