As long as it didn't expire due to a fare booking restriction (i.e. 7 day advance purchase fare, hold started on the 7th day before the flight until the 6th day before and you didn't try to buy until the 6th), yes. I've learned when good deals pop up to put multiple dates on hold and then try to work out other details before committing to any of them.
