First, have found that I can click the $5 button and there will be a teeny tiny button for A-list preferred to log in free. I click this, wait about 5 minutes for the page to load, enter my log in info, wait another 5 minutes for the page to load and then I am ready to be on the internet.

I was thrilled to learn that from CLE-LAS, a four hour flight, that we would be WiFi. Woo Hoo!.

The page loads were very slow. Excruciatingly slow. I could not stream audio. I could barely use my web based email. Gave up somewhere over Kansas or Nebraska and just took a nap. And yes, I reconnected multiple times. I restarted multiple times. Every time it stunk.

I am about 1 in 10 flights with WiFi. Of those, about half are useful. It is a nearly worthless benefit.
