Oh, I agree. But some of the people who are against corkage fees maintain that position all the while forgetting that the restaurant has to make a profit too, otherwise you can't enjoy their good food with your good wine. @:-)
OTOH, they'd better be able to make SOME kind of a profit on the food regardless... if not, non-drinkers and near-teetotalers like my wife and I (respectively) are gonna be banned.
