Europe rarely has direct access to a beach. Indeed, few European resorts have a beach at all!
Aman Sveti Stefan is no good as the Sveti Stefan Suite in 1-bed and has no direct beach access. Lovely pool though.
Amanruya villas are 1-bedroom and none have direct beach access. great pools though.
Vila Vita Parc Algarve - good pool villas but you have to walk to the private beach.

Anassa, Cyprus - The new Aether Suite - a standalone villa with pool. beach access requires a little stroll.

Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat - Villa Rose Pierre - no direct beach access, but everything else.

Maybe you should invest in a beach resort with pools & direct beach access. Should be a hit!
