You are not going to be able to do that if you want to have the miles go to BA.
You can start that way then at some point before departure, either in the club or at the gate ask to have the number changed over to BA , but you can't leave your AA number there as well.
Don't leave it too late either, if the gate gets busy you may not be able to get them to do this at the last minute.
