My personal preferences would be (in that order)
a) fare
b) schedule
d) booking situation - I'd rather fly on a 340 with F8 than on a 380 with F1
e) airline

btw: this order would have been completely different 2 years ago...

with your choice, not knowing the booking situation of the flights I would probably take LX via ZRH.
